This role involves building and maturing a Talent Acquisition (TA) function from a strong foundation, developing a focused team into consultative, metrics-driven TA professionals, owning a high-visibility ATS implementation, and refreshing an employer brand and candidate experience for a globally recognized company. The role requires direct partnership with senior business leaders across the US and UK with visibility to CPO level.
