We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Head of Global Sales Operations to lead two critical functions within the Revenue Operations organization: Sales Operations and the Global Business Partners. This role will combine ownership of the operational backbone of the Sales org (forecasting, cadences, policies, systems) with the field-facing partnership model that supports regional leaders in driving results. You will ensure that global operating standards are maintained while enabling regions to execute effectively against their targets. This is a people leadership role responsible for managing managers and senior individual contributors, building high-performing teams, and driving clarity and operational excellence across global and regional teams.
