Head of Global CLO Issuance and Capital Markets
About The Position
Responsible for Global CLO Issuance, creating a focused team for all issuance of new issue / reset / refinanced / called CLOs. This involves creating a more synergistic approach to structuring and client engagement for US BSL, Euro BSL, PC CLOs and Infra CLOs. The role also involves partnering with the broader team working as a pod for new issue coordination across the team in conjunction with specific credit PMs globally. Additionally, responsible for CLO & Structured Products AUM Expansion by leveraging existing client and prospect relationships to expand 3rd party and captive CLO equity capital for new CLO creation (funds, SMAs, European structures). This includes partnering with Structured Credit to launch and market third party CLO mezzanine / equity strategy, and engaging in and marketing to deepen and grow CLO product offerings. The role also encompasses Go-to-Market & Client Engagement, partnering with sales to refine and update CLO marketing messages, and CLO Platform Development by enhancing dialogue as appropriate with UK Insurance Martello Re BDC platform, Infrastructure CLO, MSI, and MassMutual. The Head of Global CLO Issuance and Capital Markets will represent the CLO platform through targeted industry conferences, speaking engagements, and press and thought leadership opportunities.
