About The Position

Supports new business processes and marketing deliverables for assigned area of Global Capital Markets (GCM). Primary Responsibilities: Provide support for Client Development Officers (CDOs) in new business processing, Including contact management, workflow reviews and new business folder remediation related to GCM clients. Provide marketing support and coordinate with the Marketing team for all conferences, tradeshows, events and marketing collateral requests. Provide administrative support to CDOs and Unit manager, including travel and entertainment (T&E) processing, system input, travel itineraries and ad-hoc requests. Attend conferences and events supporting the CDO and administrative teams as needed. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, OR in lieu of a degree, A combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience
Proficient in the use of personal computers and pertinent software packages
