About The Position

Asana is hiring a Head of Global Campaigns to own its global pipeline engine. The role leads strategy, development, and optimization of full-funnel demand programs across enterprise and commercial segments, translating Asana’s agentic positioning into campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue. The position manages a team of Demand Generation strategists and partners with field marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, creative, and RevOps to own the global MQL marketing pipeline target. Based in Asana’s San Francisco office, the role follows an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees may work from home on Wednesdays; Friday arrangements depend on the work and partner teams. The recruiter provides further details about in-office requirements during the interview process. The role defines global demand strategy and performance targets, builds integrated programs and account-based marketing campaigns, establishes attribution and reporting, applies AI and automation to demand-generation workflows, and develops a high-performing global team. It is part of a global, revenue-driven Marketing function focused on business growth and building a brand customers love.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B demand generation experience and a proven enterprise SaaS track record owning marketing-sourced pipeline targets across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Proven ability to build or materially scale a demand generation function during significant company growth, a category shift, or platform repositioning.
  • Hands-on expertise with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase and experience executing programs for multi-stakeholder buying committees with long sales cycles.
  • Technical and analytical proficiency with GTM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and BI or attribution tools such as Tableau.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, fluency in MQL-to-SQO conversion, pipeline velocity, and multi-touch attribution, and ability to build performance-based business cases.
  • People leadership experience and ability to collaborate across functions and align global stakeholders around shared pipeline goals.
  • Strategic perspective on how AI agents affect enterprise buying behavior, with experience marketing a comprehensive platform or operating layer rather than a standalone point solution.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, and willingness to use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own global demand generation strategy for corporate and enterprise segments, including marketing-sourced pipeline targets, MQLs, SQOs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Architect integrated, multichannel programs that guide buyers from problem identification to purchase, especially enterprise buying committees.
  • Build and operate always-on demand programs as well as campaign bursts for product launches, vertical initiatives, and key buying seasons.
  • Partner with content and product marketing to anchor campaigns in differentiated messaging across Operations, Marketing, IT/AI, and Agencies.
  • Lead account-based marketing strategy for priority accounts, using intent-driven ABM platforms and partnering with paid media to improve account penetration and pipeline velocity.
  • Define attribution models and reporting frameworks that clarify marketing’s contribution to new-logo acquisition and pipeline.
  • Apply an AI-first approach to demand-generation workflows, using automation for campaign launches, optimization, personalized content at scale, and reporting.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing demand generation team, establishing demand gen pods to improve cross-functional alignment.
