About the role LemFi moves money for Francophone diaspora communities across Sub-Saharan and North Africa — corridors that are high-stakes, fast-moving, and deeply underserved. As Head of Francophone Region, you will own the full commercial outcome for these markets: the P&L, the team, the partnerships, and the product launches that unlock the next phase of growth. You will report to the Head of Africa, lead a growth team distributed across Europe, and carry direct accountability for take-rate, revenue, and margin targets across two distinct sub-regions. This is not a strategy-only role. You will set the regional direction and then get into the detail — pricing corridors, signing payout partners, launching cash pick-up in North Africa, deepening penetration in established Sub-Saharan markets. You will be the internal voice of the Francophone region, shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market decisions, and the external face of LemFi to partners and regulators.
