About The Position

The Head of FP&A will oversee financial planning and analysis activities in the region, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves developing and implementing financial planning and analysis policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, and providing guidance and support to regional finance staff. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis management.
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
