About The Position

The Managing Director, Head of Finance Transformation leads the strategy, governance and portfolio orchestration that advance the Finance transformation agenda as part of DART. In partnership with Finance and Treasury leaders, other DART pillars and enterprise partners, the leader translates strategic priorities into an integrated, prioritized portfolio with clear accountability, disciplined program management and measurable outcomes. Finance Transformation connects stakeholders, drives prioritization, establishes governance and decision rights, resolves cross-functional conflicts and holds stakeholders accountable; business and delivery teams remain accountable for execution and outcomes. The leader manages a small global team and uses AI to accelerate analysis and communicate clearly with executives and delivery teams. The role develops Finance transformation strategy and a multi-year roadmap; identifies and evaluates opportunities through process discovery and business cases; and owns portfolio intake, prioritization, governance and program-management standards. It partners with the CFO organization on transformation budget and total cost of ownership, while financial ownership remains with that organization, and leads Finance requirements and fact-based evaluation of software and implementation partners through Sourcing. The role also advances a domain/platform operating model, provides fact-based operating-model and organization-design recommendations, and ensures controls, auditability, data lineage and regulatory requirements are considered by design. It establishes standards for benefits, adoption and realized value; leads change communications for priority initiatives; provides senior leadership with transparent portfolio reporting; supports transformation upskilling; and uses AI responsibly to produce analysis and audience-specific communications.
