Requirements

8–12+ Years in Field Services: You have deep roots in field services (commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or service operations) and know how these companies actually move.
A “Scaler” Mindset: You’ve taken a successful concept and made it bigger before. You’re comfortable moving fast and building systems as you go.
Executive Presence: You can walk into a C-suite and command the room. You speak the language of the industry fluently.
AI-Native Thinking: You recognize that autonomous agents are the future of the physical economy and you want to lead that shift.

Responsibilities

Leverage our existing anchor accounts to land the next wave of major logos.
Turn a successful pilot into a multi-million dollar rollout.
Create a repeatable sales and operations motion for Field Services.
Act as the bridge between our customers and our product team.
Ensure our AI is built to handle the specific operational hurdles unique to Field Services.
From strategy to execution, you are the person responsible for the success of this vertical.
