About The Position

Amdocs is building a leading global eSIM Platform, and we are looking for a senior techno-commercial leader to drive market development and revenue growth! As Head of eSIM Platforms Business Development & Sales, you will define and scale the eSIM Platforms commercial category, own global go-to-market strategy, and lead high-value customer engagements. This role combines strategic market creation, direct revenue ownership, and internal enablement, with a global remit and executive visibility.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined experience in telecommunications, digital connectivity, and eSIM platforms
  • Technical depth in eSIM platforms technologies, including GSMA SGP specifications and RSP architectures
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value B2B or telco deals
  • Demonstrated experience building go-to-market strategies for new solutions or markets
  • Strong global network across telco, platform, device, or connectivity stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience enabling and scaling global or distributed sales teams
  • Recognized thought leadership through industry speaking, publications, or GSMA participation
  • Familiarity with IoT, M2M, or connected device markets
  • Experience collaborating closely with product and R&D teams
  • Existing relationships with OEMs or standards organizations

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global eSIM Platforms commercial strategy across platform, management, security, and growth solutions
  • Establish Amdocs as a recognized leader in the eSIM Platforms ecosystem through clear positioning and thought leadership
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities based on ARR potential and customer readiness
  • Own and deliver global revenue targets under a defined sales incentive plan
  • Build and convert a qualified pipeline across named strategic accounts
  • Lead complex, high-value enterprise and telco sales engagements from discovery to contract signature
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic deals and partnerships
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies with defined personas, positioning, pricing, and pipeline targets
  • Enable and support global account teams through structured sales playbooks and regular enablement sessions
  • Translate technical eSIM Platforms capabilities into compelling commercial narratives
  • Develop strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners
  • Represent Amdocs externally through industry forums, conferences, webinars, and digital channels
  • Drive coordinated thought leadership across sales, marketing, R&D, and customer success teams
  • Build strong relationships across telcos, OEMs, GSMA bodies, and ecosystem partners
  • Identify new solution opportunities based on market signals and customer demand
  • Partner with product and R&D teams to influence roadmap priorities
  • Support early adopter programs and first-customer wins for new offerings
