Our customers span a variety of creative industries and include Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike. About the role This is a true 0-1 role, and FLORA’s first enterprise-focused marketing role. It’s a dream role for the person who loves building, knows how the enterprise buying process works, and wants free reign to experiment their way to growth. FLORA has product-market fit, real inbound interest from our enterprise ICP, and an amazing sales team ready to move. We are looking for someone to build the marketing infrastructure to turn that signal into a repeatable, compounding pipeline. As FLORA's first Enterprise Marketing & Ops hire, you'll own both sides of that equation: the programs that generate demand and the operational foundation that makes every program measurable and scalable. You'll work directly alongside Sales, RevOps, and Growth teams to define what enterprise GTM looks like a category-defining company.
