Requirements

  • Proven success scaling a consumer app from installs to subscriptions to recurring revenue
  • Experience driving growth at millions-of-users scale
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC while scaling volume
  • Background in consumer health, wellness, fitness, or adjacent subscription platforms
  • Deep expertise in LTV:CAC, retention cohorts, conversion funnels, and attribution
  • Track record with documented performance metrics and outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hybrid subscription and product monetization models
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and engagement
  • Background in hardware + software ecosystems
  • Experience scaling from early traction to mass-market adoption

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume user acquisition across paid and organic channels
  • Own performance across social, search, influencer, affiliate, and emerging channels
  • Design and optimize onboarding, trial, and subscription conversion flows
  • Improve activation, conversion, and early retention through continuous testing
  • Increase subscriber retention, engagement, and lifetime value
  • Optimize subscription monetization and upsell strategies
  • Own and manage core growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion
  • Partner with product and engineering to drive growth-driven product improvements
