Pearl West is a self-funded owner-operator holdco focused on scaling e-commerce brands, currently with a strong pet brand and other subscription-driven health and wellness brands. They are profitable and on a clear path to a meaningful outcome in 18-24 months. The company is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the new customer acquisition engine, inheriting a team of approximately 20 (creative strategists, editors, a media buyer, a CRO analyst). The primary mandate is to scale new customer revenue 5x in 12 months. This role involves owning paid media across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Snapchat Ads), end-to-end ad creative production, and CRO with full funnel buildout, including landing pages, advertorials, sales pages, quiz funnels, checkout flow, and post-purchase upsells. This is a player-coach role with direct P&L ownership for new customer acquisition. The role is critical as DTC paid acquisition is the single biggest growth lever for the business, funding future product launches and category expansion.
