About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Debit Technology. In this role, you will provide vision and set direction for all of technology development and infrastructure or service component for a defined business unit. You will manage and allocate appropriate people and financial resources to ensure that projects are completed within committed time and budget, and align with strategic objectives. You will develop and monitor long range information technology plans and policies consistent with the strategic objectives and plans of the business unit. You will identify capacity planning, efficiency, availability, business enablement and time to market. You will provide comprehensive consultation to more experienced management regarding business requirements and recommend innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and information technology. You will provide technology solutions for the large business unit, including application portfolio standardization and rationalization. You will collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers, and lead your team to achieve objectives. You will interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums. You will manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership and develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ years of Management experience
