About The Position

Nash is seeking its first Head of Corporate Communications to shape how the company is perceived by external stakeholders, including the press, analysts, customers, and the broader market. This role will be instrumental in establishing Nash as a leader in the emerging category of autonomic logistics. The Head of Corporate Communications will report to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate closely with the CEO on his external voice. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong editorial judgment, business acumen, and the ability to manage communications in high-stakes situations, particularly those involving AI in the physical world. Proficiency in using AI tools for research and preparation is essential.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in communications, with in-house leadership at a high-growth B2B technology company or senior agency experience with a desire to move in-house.
  • Proven experience building or leading an analyst relations program for a complex enterprise platform.
  • Established relationships with business, technology, and trade press, with a history of successful story placement.
  • Experience preparing C-level executives as spokespeople.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for research, preparation, and work processes beyond copy editing.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Strong opinions held loosely.
  • Discretion to handle sensitive information.

  • Experience in category creation at an infrastructure, logistics, or autonomy company.

Responsibilities

  • Own Nash's corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners, and the internal team, in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Build and manage the media program across business, technology, and trade press, focusing on supply chain, retail, grocery, and autonomous delivery.
  • Establish and lead the analyst relations program to position autonomic logistics as a category with Nash as the reference point.
  • Prepare the CEO and senior leaders to be effective spokespeople with distinct voices and clear points of view.
  • Oversee internal communications to ensure the team is informed of important news.
  • Leverage customer wins to create public proof points, ensuring data is verifiable.
  • Manage issues and crisis communications, as well as speaking engagements, awards, and agency relationships.
