About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Content & Comms who can craft and own our market narrative(s) at a global scale and can vividly showcase how our customers succeed with Ivo and highlight the tangible impacts they're making globally. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling narratives, own and manage a scalable content engine, and bring the Ivo brand to life across platforms. You’ll be the force behind our thought leadership and voice in the market—responsible for everything from our positioning in the market to our relationships in the media. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong leader, and execution powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience with a portfolio of owned content programs and strong storytelling skills.
• Managed content teams across multiple platforms and channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full-funnel content calendar and balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional eye for tone, clarity, and grammar.
• Comfort working directly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Analytical and data-driven thinking to measure and optimize content performance.
• Excited about the adventure of building a company and want to be part of something early-stage.
• Relentlessly resourceful.
• Strong internal sense of urgency.
• Bias towards doing things today, rather than tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the content roadmap across all formats and timelines.
• Own strategy and voice across all social platforms.
• Own AEO/GEO and SEO strategies across all content and channels.
• Drive monthly long-form content production (e.g. white papers, e-books, infographics, short-form videos).
• Own PR and media relationships globally.
• Own our process to capture case studies and customer stories that bring our customers’ voices and wins to life.
• Develop and drive thought leadership leveraging our CEO’s LinkedIn and public persona.
• Own internal content process for presentations, webinars, speaking engagements, and podcasts—including content creation, prep, and design support.
• Propose, onboard, and manage external content vendors, including podcast producers, designers, and more.
