About The Position

DualEntry is a rapidly growing AI startup founded in 2024, aiming to revolutionize the ERP market. The company's AI-native ERP solution automates manual data entry for accounting teams, serving businesses from $5M-ARR to NYSE-listed companies. DualEntry operates with urgency and ownership, moving fast to make the one-person finance team a reality and move beyond legacy ERP systems. This role is crucial for defining how modern finance teams discover, understand, and trust DualEntry. The Head of Content will build the content engine, set the company's narrative, and directly influence pipeline, brand, and category perception. It's an intense, hands-on position with full ownership, requiring a drive for excellence and a commitment to raising the bar.

Requirements

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • Drive to become the best content marketing manager in the world, and to put in the hard work and weekends necessary to get there
  • 6+ years of experience in owning B2B or B2C SaaS content marketing strategy end-to-end
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, across short-form and long-form content incl. video content
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with gated content, lead generation, and lifecycle content

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, accounting, finance, or developer tools

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end content strategy and editorial direction
  • Turn complex accounting and finance topics into clear, compelling content across mediums
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and growth goals
  • Create in-depth content including blogs, guides, e-books, white papers, and case studies
  • Represent DualEntry on camera across different video formats on social and website channels
  • Work closely with web, video, SEO, product, growth, and sales teams
  • Refine and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
