This role will lead our content strategy, thought leadership, and editorial direction, helping position Socure as the leading voice in digital identity, trust, and innovation. You'll partner closely with executives, product leaders, subject matter experts, and marketers to create content that influences the market, strengthens our brand, and drives business growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial leadership, journalism, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience building content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience partnering with executives and subject matter experts.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution, and audience engagement.
  • Experience managing content creators, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content and research tools.

  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Socure's content strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and thought leadership.
  • Create compelling narratives that differentiate Socure in the market.
  • Partner with executives and internal experts to develop original thought leadership and industry insights.
  • Lead the development of research reports, customer stories, blogs, videos, webinars, and other strategic content.
  • Oversee website messaging and content strategy to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Build and manage editorial calendars and content programs across channels.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing to support campaigns and pipeline growth.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern content workflows to improve quality, scale, and efficiency.
  • Measure performance and optimize content based on audience insights and business impact.
  • Maintain and evolve Socure's brand voice and editorial standards.
