About The Position

PreVeil is seeking a Head of Content & Web to manage their content engine and website. This senior individual contributor role has the potential to evolve into a team leadership position as these functions expand. The role involves working with external consultants and agencies, utilizing AI tools and a proprietary AI Context Lake to produce content, build website experiences, and extract data efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for quality and can distinguish between good and exceptional work.

Requirements

  • 5 years of proven experience owning a website end-to-end, including content, design, conversion optimization, and analytics.
  • Experience linking content directly to pipeline and conversion metrics.
  • Background in a technical field such as cybersecurity, compliance, defense, or a similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using AI as a primary production tool, including developing interactive tools, personalization workflows, and automated content pipelines.
  • Proficient with SEO and GEO/AEO strategy, content optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with AI-forward marketing and web tools such as personalization platforms (e.g., Mutiny), content workflow tools (e.g., AirOps, Tofu), and GEO monitoring tools (e.g., Profound, Peec, AirOps).
  • Experience with tools like WordPress, AirOps, GA4, Figma, Nooks, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • An AI-first mindset for approaching all problems.
  • Ability to build trust quickly across Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, CS, and the Executive team.
  • Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly.
  • Self-sufficiency and the ability to set strategy and execute independently.
  • A sharp eye for design and a high standard for quality.
  • Process-oriented approach to managing a high-volume content operation.
  • Metrics-driven approach, including setting clear KPIs, prioritizing them, and measuring/communicating wins.

Responsibilities

  • Website: Build and maintain a best-in-class website focused on converting visitors through clear, solution-focused content, sharp design, and AI-driven personalized experiences. This includes managing content, structure, design, conversion optimization, and experimentation, with tailored messaging and CTAs for different prospect types.
  • Content Production & Campaign Calendar: Own the editorial and campaign calendar for the blog, thought leadership, case studies, etc. Utilize AI tools and the Context Lake to transform customer insights into assets, refresh existing content, retire outdated assets, and identify coverage gaps across various segments.
  • SEO & GEO/AEO: Enhance PreVeil's visibility across traditional search engines and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot). This involves content optimization and actively securing placements in publications and third-party sites that LLMs reference. The role will involve accelerating strategy using tools like AirOps.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency: Act as the steward of PreVeil's brand voice, ensuring consistency across all external communications, regardless of format or producer. This is crucial for scaling the team and expanding into new markets.
