The Head of Content will own all content initiatives, including the blog, podcast, social media presence, and newsletter, for both the founder's personal brand and the Human Agency company brand. This position requires treating the content function as a business, driving ambitious growth targets for audience engagement and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in the creator economy, possess strong editorial taste, and be commercially wired with a data-driven approach to content strategy and distribution. A non-negotiable requirement is a proven obsession with using AI to enhance productivity and scale content production, not replace human judgment. The role involves building and operating content machines, managing multiple platforms, developing AI agents and workflows, and driving monetization through sponsorships, partnerships, and paid products. The Head of Content will be the engine behind one of the most compelling voices in a crucial global conversation.
