About The Position

This role is responsible for building a media platform and movement around the critical conversation of human agency in the age of AI. The Head of Content will own all content initiatives, including the blog, podcast, social media presence, and newsletter, for both the founder's personal brand and the Human Agency company brand. This position requires treating the content function as a business, driving ambitious growth targets for audience engagement and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in the creator economy, possess strong editorial taste, and be commercially wired with a data-driven approach to content strategy and distribution. A non-negotiable requirement is a proven obsession with using AI to enhance productivity and scale content production, not replace human judgment. The role involves building and operating content machines, managing multiple platforms, developing AI agents and workflows, and driving monetization through sponsorships, partnerships, and paid products. The Head of Content will be the engine behind one of the most compelling voices in a crucial global conversation.

Requirements

  • Deep experience within the creator economy.
  • Understanding of the current LinkedIn algorithm.
  • Knowledge of podcast trades, including CPMs, dynamic ad insertion, and sponsorship requirements.
  • Experience studying the growth of platforms like Substack.
  • Opinions on major platforms and their implications for content strategy.
  • Proven experience building a founder, executive, or public figure's following with verifiable numbers.
  • Experience launching or operating a podcast with actual commercial outcomes (sponsors landed, audience built).
  • Experience growing a newsletter or Substack to a meaningful subscriber base.
  • Demonstrated content that directly connected to revenue (deals, paid products, or partnerships).
  • Experience building AI workflows or agents to scale content production.
  • Obsession with using AI to enhance productivity and multiply output, not replace judgment.
  • Experience with sponsorship development, monetization structures, or paid content products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate the content machine for the founder's expertise and point of view across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, and podcast.
  • Write and produce social content, and build AI agents to generate first drafts for shaping and finessing.
  • Own the full content pipeline: ideation, production, trafficking, scheduling, and distribution across all channels.
  • Build and run the analytics layer to track performance, understand reasons for success, and inform future content creation.
  • Manage the commercial aspects, including podcast sponsorships, partnership deals, speaking pipeline, and paid products.
  • Develop systems to enable the founder to contribute thinking and scale content production.
  • Build and maintain a consistent editorial voice for Human Agency as a company.
  • Own the blog, company social presence, and team thought leadership content.
  • Set editorial standards to ensure published content feels authentic and not mass-produced.
  • Build systems that allow the broader team to contribute content without creating bottlenecks.
  • Build AI agents and automated workflows to handle repeatable content production tasks.
  • Use AI tools to produce content at a volume that would typically require a full team.
  • Act as the human editor and taste-maker to ensure AI-generated content meets quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong opinions on the future of AI content tools and build towards that future.
