About The Position

Wall Street Quants is seeking a Head of Content and Audience Growth to establish the company as the most trusted and visible brand in quant careers. This role goes beyond basic content management, requiring ownership of the organic content strategy across multiple platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, newsletters, community, and long-form media. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the aspiring quant audience, identify relevant topics, create engaging content, and translate audience attention into tangible outcomes such as applications, booked calls, and student enrollment. The position involves developing repeatable content franchises and editorial themes, analyzing performance, and managing a growing content team.

Requirements

  • Built or helped grow a serious organic content engine before
  • Understand YouTube, short-form video, LinkedIn, and newsletters
  • Know how to turn technical or niche topics into compelling stories
  • Understand hooks, titles, thumbnails, retention, and audience psychology
  • Creative, analytical, and performance-driven
  • Care about leads and revenue, not just views
  • Ability to manage editors, researchers, producers, and contractors
  • Desire for ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
