About The Position

An award-winning, full-service marketing and events agency specializing in creative brand development, digital marketing, web, corporate meetings and events, live marketing, and video production. The agency combines strategic marketing with creative execution, solid production, and flawless delivery to produce bold, innovative results. As the agency grows, it seeks senior client services leadership to own its most important accounts and elevate standards across the function. This senior leadership role serves as the primary connection between key client accounts and internal delivery teams. You will own relationships, set communication standards, and ensure every engagement is executed with precision. The position sits at the center of the client services function, leading and mentoring the account management team while driving accountability and proactive communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency
  • 2+ years in a senior or leadership role with direct team oversight
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email, content, analytics, paid media)
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strategic thinker with confidence in executive-level communication
  • Experience in brand planning, positioning, and identity development
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools, presentation software, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with dashboards, analytics platforms, and reporting tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with event marketing, live marketing, or experiential campaigns
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows (design, video, web development)
  • Background in brand storytelling and integrated marketing
  • Experience contributing to new business pitches and account growth

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts
  • Maintain proactive communication standards with clients and internal teams
  • Lead weekly client status calls, send recaps, and deliver performance summaries
  • Manage client expectations with professionalism and address concerns early
  • Oversee operational aspects of client engagements from onboarding to completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and task tracking
  • Coordinate workflows across creative, digital, production, and events teams
  • Review scopes of work and ensure alignment with client goals
  • Monitor budgets and marketing spend, flagging concerns early
  • Review dashboards and ad performance, flagging issues and opportunities
  • Collaborate with digital teams to refine campaign strategies
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for clients
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the account management team
  • Establish and enforce processes, workflows, and standards
  • Conduct regular check-ins to review workloads and troubleshoot challenges
  • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Support campaign launches with creative briefs and coordination
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Summarize program results and share learnings across the organization
