About The Position

As the Head of Business Value Services, you will lead and scale the Business Value Services (BVS) function at Sigma. Through the creation and company-wide enablement of value frameworks, methodologies, and resources — paired with direct engagement on strategic opportunities — you will play a critical role in driving net-new logos and the retention, expansion, and growth of our customers. This is a high-impact role focused on strategy, design, go-to-market alignment, and field enablement. Reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Marketing, you will own the vision and roadmap for BVS while operationalizing the Sigma value framework across the customer lifecycle. You will be expected to help the GTM organization meet and exceed revenue and NDR targets, while tracking, analyzing, and communicating key metrics and business trends. This is a cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Product, Presales, Customer Success, and Enablement. Your ability to lead through influence and cross-functional collaboration will be key to scaling BVS, demonstrating to customers the significant value and returns on investment with Sigma, and positioning Sigma as a key partner in our customers’ digital transformation journeys.
