About The Position

SnapMagic is seeking a Head of Business Operations to join its leadership team and drive both strategy and execution across the company. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who can bridge company-level strategy with detailed execution, leveraging AI and automation to create leverage. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the CEO and functional leaders to transform priorities into clear plans, operating systems, automated workflows, and consistent follow-through. The mission is to build a scalable operating machine by owning clarity, cadence, and follow-through across the company, improving internal operations, sharpening GTM execution, strengthening recruiting operations, and building repeatable systems. The role involves diagnosing ambiguous problems, creating plans, implementing solutions, and turning them into repeatable systems. While there will be operational discipline, this work serves as a gateway to strategic initiatives like launching new products, improving 0→1 GTM motions, scaling customer and partner operations, and executing ambitious ideas. The focus is on designing systems, automations, AI workflows, tools, and vendor leverage to enable scalable execution without relying on individual heroics. The ultimate goal is for the company to operate with clarity, reliability, and momentum, viewing strong operations and AI-native execution as a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Ability to move fluidly between company-level strategy and detailed execution.
  • Natural inclination to use AI, automation, and systems to multiply output.
  • Experience in diagnosing ambiguous problems, creating plans, implementing solutions, and establishing repeatable systems.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing automation, AI workflows, and improved systems.
  • Experience running and improving operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Skill in designing trigger-based workflows and automation.
  • Experience in owning recruiting operations and onboarding.
  • Experience maintaining systems across tools like HubSpot, financial tooling, and documentation platforms.
  • Experience driving GTM operating cadence, including pipeline hygiene, customer follow-through, reporting, and cross-functional execution.
  • Ability to design, automate, and improve processes.
  • Experience designing systems that reduce coordination overhead and multiply team leverage.
  • Experience partnering on strategic company initiatives, including new product launches and GTM motions.

  • Run and continuously improve the company’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms with discipline and consistency.
  • Design trigger-based workflows and automation so execution does not rely on memory, meetings, or manual follow-up.
  • Actively push SnapMagic toward becoming an AI-native company, defining, building, and improving the AI-enabled workflows that multiply what a small team can do.
  • Own recruiting operations, onboarding, and key internal workflows that help the team run smoothly.
