WiredScore recently joined forces with Meter to make great connectivity a reality in commercial buildings. This role is for a Head of Business Development, based in Chicago, to drive adoption of WiredScore and Meter’s solutions in the Midwest real estate ecosystem. The goal is to establish and cement Meter and WiredScore’s position as the leader in digital connectivity for real estate by inking partnerships with real estate owners to install Meter in their vacant spaces and certify their buildings with WiredScore’s products. Success means that every major broker, real estate owner, property manager in the market knows how Meter and WiredScore’s offerings can help them differentiate their buildings, and a meaningful portion of buildings in the market have signed up to do just that. The role involves mapping the territory, opening qualified opportunities, becoming the face of the market for WiredScore and Meter, sourcing and closing opportunities with real estate owners, generating tenant demand via partnerships with brokerages, and sharing market feedback. The built world is becoming more digital every day, and this role is an opportunity to shape the combined proposition in one of North America’s most important real estate markets.
