Ramp is seeking a Head of Brand to define the company's presence in the market. This role will lead a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals responsible for Ramp's identity across all customer touchpoints, including product launches, integrated campaigns, customer marketing, web, events, social media, sales materials, and the product itself. The Head of Brand will establish brand principles, systems, and standards to facilitate rapid scaling. Key responsibilities include setting the visual identity and voice, developing AI pipelines to empower the broader team in brand design, and reporting to the VP of Design while collaborating closely with Co-CEOs, Marketing, Product, Growth, and Recruiting leaders. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, leveraging AI in creative production, building efficient operations for creative teams, maintaining high craft standards, and developing talent.
