The Head of Brand will be responsible for crafting and evolving Primer's brand identity to resonate with millions of families. This role involves owning the entire brand surface area, from the overarching narrative to visual design, photography, film content, and copy. Key challenges include balancing aspirational and accessible messaging, scaling brand presence across numerous local campuses, and navigating the complex education ecosystem. The goal is to build a brand that families trust with their children's education and to potentially create one of the most significant American brands.
