Northspyre is seeking a Head of Brand, Real Estate Development, who will serve as the editorial and brand authority for the company. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate developers, their decision-making processes, and what they trust, with the ability to translate this into credible, high-quality editorial output. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on execution and judgment, comfortable both producing work and leading others. They should possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive narratives, and category positioning, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear points of view. This role involves building Northspyre’s media and editorial engine from the ground up, evolving traditional B2B marketing towards a newsroom-led model focused on credibility, insight, and market intelligence. The mandate is to establish Northspyre as the authoritative voice in real estate development through judgment, original thinking, and substantive editorial work, rather than promotion.
