About The Position

Teamworks is seeking a creative brand leader to elevate its brand and creative function. The goal is to achieve premium quality, leverage AI for efficiency, implement design systems, ensure consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints (internal, external, and product), and tell a richer story about the company. This role will be responsible for making this vision a reality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or brand management, with significant time in B2B or vertical SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally design and produce work in Figma.
  • Experience with end-to-end ownership of a brand system as governed infrastructure, including documentation, versioning, and cross-functional adoption in a comparable company size and complexity.
  • Portfolio showcasing systems-level thinking, strong craft, and taste.
  • Ability to translate a creative vision into marketing campaigns and innovative ideas.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with influence, acting as a brand steward.
  • Experience operating in a lean, resource-constrained environment with high output expectations.
  • Active, fluent use of Claude and AI tools in daily creative and operational workflows, including experience building AI-assisted workflows for a creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Teamworks visual brand strategy across marketing, product, and corporate/employer brand, setting direction and standards.
  • Lead design systems governance, including documentation, versioning, and source-of-truth ownership, to enable AI-driven scaling of design quality.
  • Direct creative output for campaigns, web, digital, social, events, and sales enablement, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
  • Shape and build the creative and design function, including managing junior designers and defining future team structure and talent roadmap.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Design, and executive leadership to ensure brand quality across all touchpoints.
  • Establish creative workflows, intake processes, and project management practices for efficient, scaled operations, and identify when brand decisions lack sufficient creative input.
