About The Position

The Head of Brand and Content Marketing will be responsible for defining and driving Addepar’s global brand strategy and content engine. In this role, you will lead a team of creatives and storytellers to build a world-class brand that resonates with investment professionals globally and scale a modern, multi-format content engine to drive awareness and demand. You will oversee brand identity, creative direction, brand campaigns and content strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice across all touchpoints. You will be an integral member of the marketing leadership team that leads the content calendar connecting campaigns to always-on brand presence, product priorities and larger company initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, PR & Comms, GTM, R&D and more. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, brand and/or integrated marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading these functions
  • Proven ability to develop, implement and execute content strategy that advances brand, thought leadership, and more across different channel
  • Experience leading the creation, promotion, and distribution of high-impact content driving engagement, brand awareness and expanding reach
  • Experience leading brand and visual identity and managing a team of in-house writers, copyeditors and designers with a demonstrated ability to build a culture that balances innovation with results-driven execution
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Owning brand, content and creative strategy and execution in alignment with company priorities, roadmap and target audience
  • Leading, implementing and scaling a content engine to drive awareness, perception and reach across client segments and markets
  • Owning the content calendar and global quarterly integrated campaign motion to ensure every initiative has a content plan that maximizes impact
  • Leading brand awareness and sponsorship campaigns to increase brand recognition and shape brand perception in existing and new markets
  • Establish templates, playbooks, and frameworks that allow the team to work at scale while driving consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints
  • Building, leading and mentoring a team of talented marketing professionals creating an environment that encourages both professional growth and excellence in execution
