The Head of B2B will lead a team of Sales Directors and Account Executives focused on accelerating StackAdapt's growth in the B2B marketing space. Key responsibilities include establishing repeatable sales processes, driving disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, and building a culture of accountability. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing to ensure the team has the necessary tools and programs. Additionally, the Head of B2B will represent StackAdapt externally by partnering with industry leaders and speaking at events. This is a remote-first leadership role open to candidates across North America, focused on evolving a fast-growing business into a scalable revenue engine.
