Booking Holdings is seeking a Head of Communications, B2B to define, build, and lead the global communications function for its future B2B organization. This role will own the communications strategy, operating model, and governance to support B2B business goals, acting as a strategic enabler of commercial growth, partner engagement, and organizational transformation. The Head of Communications will oversee both external and internal communication to enhance the company’s B2B reputation and drive awareness and engagement among partners, media, and employees globally. Key responsibilities include owning media strategy and execution, developing executive thought leadership, shaping B2B media partnership and sponsorship approaches, and serving as a senior communications advisor to the B2B Leadership Team. This is a formative leadership role focused on creating a new global communications capability from the ground up, requiring close partnership with B2B Marketing, Commercial, Product, Corporate Communications, and Brand leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
