About The Position

This role will lead enterprise AI transformation strategy across engineering, aiming to deliver significant productivity improvements and redesign the workforce and operating model. The Head of AI Enablement will embed AI across development, testing, DevOps, and support functions, while protecting critical regulatory and revenue-generating programs. Key responsibilities include establishing governance, tooling standards, ROI tracking, and building an AI Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years in large-scale technology organizations
- Proven enterprise transformation leadership
- Deep expertise in AI-enabled engineering and DevOps
- Experience with workforce and cost optimization programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery environments
- Transformation leader with strong execution focus
- Commercially minded with cost and growth balance
