The Head of Performance Insights and Enablement is responsible for building and operating the enterprise-wide commercial “nerve center” for BHG, continuously measuring, monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and driving accountability across the core growth levers of the business. This leader will partner closely with the CEO, Transformation Office, Chief Growth Officer, Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Marketing, Contact Center, and Treatment Center leadership teams to drive measurable improvements in patient inflows, admissions, conversion, retention, workforce productivity, payer economics, and overall census growth. The role requires someone who can move beyond dashboards and reporting to create an institutionalized management system that drives proactive intervention, operational rigor, and accelerated growth execution while always keeping an eye on clinical excellence. The core mandate is to build and operate the BHG Revenue Operations “Commercial Nerve Center” focused on optimizing clinic performance. The Head of Revenue Operations will create the centralized management overlay responsible for continuous KPI monitoring, performance diagnostics, funnel analytics, forecasting, variance analysis, operational insights, intervention management, escalation workflows, management cadence, and commercial accountability. The objective is to create a highly disciplined, data-driven commercial operating system that enables BHG to proactively identify performance gaps, rapidly intervene, reduce commercial operational variability, improve patient acquisition and retention, increase census growth, accelerate enterprise value creation, and continue to be the clinically superior offering in the market.
