About the Creative Studio The Creative Studio at CookUnity is where storytelling, innovation, and technology meet. From chef campaigns to video content and brand design, the team brings the CookUnity experience to life across every touchpoint. As AI reshapes how stories are made, we’re building an AI Creative Studio to harness the power of generative technology — enabling faster content creation, personalized storytelling, and scalable brand impact while preserving the soul of our chef-driven brand. The role: The Head of AI Creative Growth will lead CookUnity’s next evolution of performance-driven creative strategy, using AI as a powerful engine to scale storytelling, increase content velocity, and unlock continuous creative experimentation. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. Your foundation is creative strategy: understanding audiences, ad formats, and what drives conversions. In close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team, you’ll help translate strategic directions into scalable creative systems, testable concept,s and high-performing assets. On top of that, you’ll design the AI-powered systems, workflows, and production pipelines that multiply the team’s output and accelerate learning cycles.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in creative strategy or marketing leadership roles with a track record of innovation.
2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI or creative technology tools (e.g., Midjourney, Google Veo 3, Runway, OpenAI, Freepik, ElevenLabs).
Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand storytelling, and content operations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to translate complex technology into scalable creative systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Deep curiosity for AI, creativity, and human-machine collaboration.
