Doc’s Brands is seeking a performance-driven and strategic Head of Creative to lead and scale the creative engine. This leadership role is responsible for owning creative strategy across paid media, ecommerce, and organic channels, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth through high-performing direct response creative. This is a remote role; however, preference will be given to candidates located within four hours of our Bryan, OH headquarters. This is not a traditional brand-only creative role. The Head of Creative will build and manage a structured, repeatable creative testing system designed to fuel paid media performance and customer acquisition. You will partner closely with marketing leadership and paid media teams to concept, produce, test, and scale winning creative across Meta, YouTube, Google, email, and ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate has deep DTC ecommerce experience, understands performance marketing at a granular level, and has successfully built high-output creative systems in a fast-paced environment.
