Paula’s Choice is seeking a Head of Creative, Social Media to lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution of our social platforms globally. This role is responsible for transforming social from a content engine into a brand-building, culture-shaping channel that drives relevance, recommendation, and growth. You will own the creative direction of social across platforms, lead a high-performing team, and partner closely with brand, product, PR, and performance marketing to ensure social plays a central role in how Paula’s Choice shows up in culture. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance bold creative instincts with strategic rigor and measurable impact.
