About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Social & Creative - REMOTE. In this impactful role, you will oversee a department comprising approximately 45 team members across five teams. You will continually develop the strategic direction of the area, breaking down silos between departments. Collaborating with top clients at a strategic level, you'll drive projects forward and cultivate long-term, trusting partnerships. Your focus will also be on optimizing processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and innovation through the use of advanced technologies. As a key leader, you will contribute to the company's growth as a leading social media outcomes agency.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in leading other leaders.
  • Solid experience in the agency environment with a strong grasp of key economic figures for managing a department.
  • Strong analytical skills for creating data-driven insights and making strategic decisions based on relevant KPIs.
  • Ability to inspire creativity and significantly influence campaign strategies.
  • Empathetic and positive personality with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • High personal and professional growth ambitions with a willingness to expand the department.
  • Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire Social & Creative Department with around 45 employees across 5 teams.
  • Develop and continuously refine the strategic direction of the department.
  • Work strategically with large clients to advance projects and build enduring partnerships.
  • Optimize processes and workflows, promoting efficiency and driving innovation.
  • Participate in new business development and strategic client growth, ensuring department profitability.
  • Collaborate with other department heads and management to drive the company's development.
