You’ll lead strategy and execution across every major growth lever: paid media, creative, retention, CRO, influencer, analytics, and growth tech infrastructure . With full ownership of CAC:LTV, contribution margin, and net new customer acquisition , you’ll be empowered to make fast, high-conviction decisions and scale efficiently—without red tape or bottlenecks. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders and cross-functional leaders to build durable systems, develop top-tier talent, and unlock compounding growth across channels. Requirements

  • You’ve profitably deployed $100K+/day in paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok, allocating spend based on CAC:LTV efficiency .
  • You’re disciplined and systems-oriented—structured testing, weekly reviews, and playbooks are table stakes.
  • You lead through dashboards—building systems that give teams clarity on goals, levers, and bottlenecks.
  • You’re full-funnel fluent—seamlessly integrating acquisition, CRO, and retention into one cohesive growth engine.
  • You’re deeply analytical—dissecting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • You’ve built and coached high-performing teams across paid, creative, lifecycle, influencer, and data .
  • You know when to scale, when to pivot, and how to separate signal from noise.
  • You’re always sharpening your edge—benchmarking competitors, talking to operators, and pushing yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Ownership Own the full growth P&L—driving CAC efficiency, LTV expansion, contribution margin, and net new customer acquisition. Set the strategic direction for growth and operate with autonomy, speed, and accountability. Ensure integrated planning, testing, and performance alignment across teams, channels and platforms.
  • Creative Performance & Feedback Loops Lead strategy and build systems that tightly connect media buyers, creative, influencer, and UGC teams . Ensure a high-velocity feedback loop between performance data and asset production.
  • Lifecycle Marketing & Retention Own retention performance across email, SMS, and subscription . Partner closely with retention and tech leads to improve cohort metrics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted, data-driven campaigns.
  • Hiring, Coaching & Talent Development Recruit A-players, level up internal talent, and hold the team to ambitious KPIs. Build an environment where operators thrive and are empowered to move fast and win.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Oversee continuous testing across pricing, landing pages, bundles, offers, and funnels . Optimize for AOV, CVR, and full-funnel efficiency using structured hypotheses and clear measurement.
  • Analytics & Decision-Making Infrastructure Build and maintain best-in-class reporting frameworks using tools like Northbeam, GA4, Amplitude, and Shopify . Turn insights into action and ensure teams operate from clean, trusted data.
  • Team Leadership & Alignment Lead and help to build a high-performing growth org across paid media, creative, influencer, retention, and analytics . Create clarity, accountability, and a high-output culture focused on speed, ownership, and results.
