About The Position

Acquisition.com is seeking an exceptional Head of Advertising and Media for its ACQ Vantage business unit. This role is responsible for owning paid media end-to-end, scaling 8-figure ad budgets across multiple platforms, and turning ads into predictable member growth. The ideal candidate will be a single operator who can turn organic leverage into a predictable, scalable, performance-driven paid engine that can absorb significant capital without breaking CAC. ACQ Vantage is a membership business unit within Acquisition.com, focused on helping entrepreneurs scale from 7 to 9 figures, driven by a combination of organic reach and a growing paid media budget.

Requirements

  • 10 years or more of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing department.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms, attribution and tracking systems, CRMs, media research tools, etc.
  • Proven capability of use AI for advertising management in different areas such: creatives, segmentation, ads management, optimization, reporting, etc.
  • Manage teams and collaborate across departments

Responsibilities

  • Determining the optimal mix of media channels to reach target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets, scaling from $50k to $1M+/month, to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
  • Utilizing analytics tools and custom dashboards to monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies in real-time.
  • Use as much AI and automation as possible to collaborate with lean team and being able to unlock exponential efficiencies on your position.
  • Build creatives at scale using AI.
  • Build own dashboards and analysis assisted by AI.
  • Automate tests and campaign operational tasks such as: creating campaigns, ad groups and ad creatives at scale, using AI.
  • Primary contact for external media partners and negotiating contracts.
  • Keeping up-to-date with emerging AI and media, technology, and consumer trends to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate on leadership meetings to present reports and updates.
