About the role As the Head of Acquisition Sales - Americas you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Directors, positioning Expereo as a partner and provider of Network services that enable and underpin digital transformation strategies, WAN capabilities and access to major cloud providers and partners. A team player, who must have high energy, be able to multi-task, execute on your plan, be highly accomplished at communicating and working cross functionally to ensure that the team has the right collateral and support to achieve accelerated growth.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a growing a successful Acquisition Sales team
  • Experience managing a Sales Team selling Connectivity to Global Enterprises
  • Knowledge of several or all of following software solution spaces: telecommunications, networking, security, or enterprise technology.
  • Can demonstrate strong and fast direct sales growth across many countries in Americas.
  • Can demonstrate growth in overall Americas sales.
  • Capacity to manage a team distributed across many countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Innovator with the ability to influence employees and management at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Fluent English essential, any additional European Language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team of Account Directors across Americas and drive sales.
  • Support the development, design and implementation of Sales programs to ensure continued growth.
  • Evaluate program opportunities based on consistency with overall business goals and marketing strategy.
  • Design and implement measurements to quantify revenue generated from programs
  • Increase New Logo contribution to Americas revenues.
  • Evaluate and measure current processes, and where necessary, establish more efficient and consistent ones.
  • Develop personal relationship with key customers in the region.
