We are a fast-growing international company looking for an experienced Head of Accounting & Finance to join our team. You are only satisfied when the next month-end close becomes simpler, faster, and more efficient than the last. You enjoy sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and helping others succeed. You are hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Requirements

• Strong accounting expertise, including experience with K2 and K3 accounting standards.
• Solid experience with group consolidation and consolidated financial statements.
• Extensive knowledge of month-end close processes and financial quality control.
• Experience in financial controlling, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of corporate taxation.
• Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and streamline finance processes and systems.
• Experience working in an international business environment, preferably with entities in the United States, Malta, and Sweden.

Nice To Haves

• Previous people management experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the monthly closing and financial reporting process.
• Owning group and statutory year-end closing activities.
• Preparing annual financial statements and corporate income tax returns.
• Driving controlling, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Managing and developing members of the finance team.
• Identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and increased efficiency.
• Leading projects aimed at strengthening and scaling the finance function.
