About The Position

This person will perform a variety of advanced poolside and water safety duties and monitor water activities to ensure safety. Provide close supervision of all lifeguards which will include training, supervision, and evaluations. Direct and perform general upkeep and custodial duties and other duties as assigned by aquatics managers. Works under the general supervision of the Legacy Center supervisor over aquatics and/or Aquatics Managers.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school
• 2 years of aquatics experience
• Current Red Cross lifeguard certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations of the aquatics facility
• Leadership skills
• Must pass a background check and a drug test

Responsibilities
