26 - Head Girls Volleyball Coach
About The Position
The Head Girls Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading the girls' volleyball program at Nettie S. Freed Expeditionary K-8. This role is part of the Athletics/Activities department and operates under the mission of Pueblo School District 60 to provide a high-quality education that assures each student the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to lead a life of purpose and impact. The coach is expected to embody and promote the district's core values, including a commitment to student success, community collaboration, integrity, diversity, equity, dignity, respect, social-emotional well-being, and a safe, positive, and supportive environment. The coach plays a part in helping each student achieve their dreams.
Requirements
- Current Resume
- CHSAA Online Coaches Test (Current Year)
- NFHS Concussion Certificate (or an in-person concussion course completion certificate)
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire
- If you have a current teaching license OR If you are a retired teacher OR If you are applying to coach at the Middle School Level: All of the above requirements.
- If you do not have a current teaching license: All of the above requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Previous coaching experience and/or successful participation in athletics at the high school or collegiate level
- Previous playing experience in the sport of Volleyball.
