About The Position
Extracurricular assignment as Head Girls Track coach at Hurricane Middle School for the WVSSAC-designated season during the 2026–27 school year. The coach provides instruction, direction, and supervision to athletic teams to develop athletes’ ability or skill to perform in athletic contests. Responsibilities and duties are as outlined in the Putnam County Schools Extra Duty Handbook. Salary is listed in the Putnam County Schools Extra Duty Handbook.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of WVSSAC coaching courses.
- CPR/AED certification.
