About The Position

The Head Girls Tennis Coach at Northridge High School is responsible for all aspects of the head coaching role, including overseeing assistant coaches and making decisions that align with the program's direction. This position involves organizing and supervising game help, assisting with supervision at activities, and ensuring compliance with concussion training requirements. The coach will also be responsible for knowledge of Colorado and district content standards and possess the skills to perform all duties of the position. The role prefers experience in leadership situations that address the social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs of students, and thrives in a work environment that values flexibility, conflict resolution, high stress tolerance, quick information processing, informed decision-making, and long hours. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
CPR certification
CHSAA test and regulation
Concussion Education
Prior coaching experience in this sport
Applicant must complete concussion training
Regular attendance is required
