About The Position
The Head Girls Soccer Coach at Northridge High School is responsible for all aspects of the head coaching role, including overseeing assistant coaches and making decisions that align with the program's direction. This position involves organizing and supervising game help, assisting with supervision at activities, and ensuring compliance with concussion training and CHSAA regulations. The role requires knowledge of Colorado and district content standards, and the ability to lead in situations that support students' social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, able to handle conflict and stress, and capable of quickly making informed decisions, often involving long hours.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- CPR certification
- CHSAA test and regulation
- Concussion Education
- Prior coaching experience in this sport
