Head Coach - Women's Wrestling
About The Position
The Head Women’s Wrestling Coach provides Christ-centered leadership for the women’s wrestling program (both JV and Varsity teams with a roster minimum of 45), fostering spiritual growth, academic success, and competitive excellence. This position is responsible for developing and sustaining a program that reflects the mission and values of Campbellsville University while competing at a high level within the NAIA. Campbellsville University is a comprehensive, Christian institution that offers non-credit technical programs, along with certificates, associates, undergraduate and graduate programs. The university is dedicated to academic excellence solidly grounded in the liberal arts that fosters personal growth, integrity and professional preparation within a caring environment. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in coaching wrestling
- Knowledge of NAIA regulations
- Ability to foster spiritual growth, academic success, and competitive excellence
- Commitment to Campbellsville University's mission and values
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree
- Experience in collegiate coaching
- Experience with recruiting student-athletes
