About The Position

The position of Head Coach Men’s & Women’s Golf in the Georgia Military College (GMC) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics reports directly to the GMC Director of Athletics. The position is a part-time, contracted position in the GMC Department for Intercollegiate Athletics. The Head Coach is responsible for the daily operations of both NJCAA intercollegiate golf programs in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA), with the responsibilities including, but not limited to, planning, recruiting, and coaching the men’s and women’s golf program to meet the Institution and Athletic Department objectives. The coach must conduct themselves in such a way as to enhance respect for GMC, the Athletic Department, GMC Women’s Golf and GMC student athletes while following the rules and requirements of the NJCAA and the GCAA.

Requirements

• Coaching experience in golf at the high school or college level
• Experience in college recruiting
